About Us
Brilliant Geeks was created when the love and knowledge of technology transformed into a start-up business.
Most of our work is done remotely or we come to you so we do not have a physical office location.
We are a technology consulting company, when technology doesn’t work properly it can be frustrating and interfere with productivity and happiness. The ideal clients for us are residential clients or small businesses with fewer than 5 employees but we are willing to chat and help you find solutions.
We assist users at their residences, business or remotely. Our services range from break-fix solutions to training the end users in order for them to use technology to either improve efficiency or simply just enjoy using it more and avoid common pitfalls or avoid scams.
What services we DO NOT provide:
We do not perform physical repairs of phones or tablets.
We are also not a web design firm but do assist small businesses with creating basic websites using either Wix.com or WordPress depending on the situation.
