Independence Health & Therapy is guided by its mission of improving lives and promoting independence through care, education, and advocacy. As a key health and human service agency in McHenry County, we seek to address the critical health care needs of our community through the provision of Adult Day Health and Memory Care Programs, Behavioral Health Services, and Caregiver Support. By providing this range of services, Independence Health & Therapy may comprehensively address the physical, mental, spiritual, and social-emotional needs of our clients. To further promote the achievement of better health outcomes for our clients, many of our programs are integrated, providing a comprehensive coordination of care.
