In observance of Suicide Awareness Month, join us for a special multi-Chamber Lunch 'N Learn session with Wauconda Chamber of Commerce dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide. This session will cover:
1. Recognizing the Signs: Learn to identify the warning signs of suicidal behavior and understand the risk factors that contribute to mental health crises.
2. Effective Communication: Discover how to have meaningful conversations with those who may be struggling and offer support without judgment.
3. Resources and Support: Get information on available resources and support systems for those in need, and learn how to connect individuals with professional help.
This session aims to raise awareness, educate, and empower you to make a difference in the lives of those affected by suicide. Together, we can foster a supportive community and promote mental well-being for all.
