Experienced Lead Carpenter or Skilled Carpenter (Remodeling Focus)
Location: [Lake/Cook/McHenry counties ]
We are looking for a highly skilled lead carpenter or carpenter with strong remodeling experience to join our team. Our projects vary widely—from kitchens and bathrooms to full-home renovations—so versatility and craftsmanship are key.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in remodeling and renovations
Ability to manage projects from start to finish (preferred for lead carpenter roles)
Strong understanding of framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general finish carpentry
Dependability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to read plans and work independently or with a team
Ideal Setup:
Subcontractor preferred, but we are open to discussing an employee arrangement for the right candidate
