Mercyhealth welcomes board certified psychiatrist
CRYSTAL LAKE, Illinois—Mercyhealth is pleased to welcome Robert Bartucci, MD, board certified general, child and adolescent, and geriatric psychiatrist, to the staff at Mercyhealth Behavioral Health Clinic-Crystal Lake, 415-A Congress Pkwy., Crystal Lake.
Dr. Bartucci aims to truly listen to his patients. “My philosophy of care is to provide my patients with open and honest communication, with clear explanations of diagnostic possibilities and treatment options,” he said. “I strive to provide my patients with the feeling that they are heard, respected and understood.”
After earning his medical degree at Rush Medical College, Chicago, Dr. Bartucci served an internal medicine residency at Christ Hospital, Oak Lawn, IL. He then completed a general psychiatry fellowship and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at J. Hillis Miller Health Center College of Medicine, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. He is certified in general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Bartucci’s special interests include:
