When it comes to hiring, the stakes can be high, with the cost of a misfit or loss being as much as 5x annual salary (or more). While businesses may be tempted to hire quickly to fill empty seats, the long-term consequences can be severe. Learn tips on how to effectively create job postings that get great candidates, interviewing for a “best fit” while avoiding costly mis-hires, and using exit interviews as a means to improve the entire talent acquisition cycle. This workshop includes open consultation to all participants from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
