BEACH YOGA IS HERE! Join me for a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow on the beach at Lehman Park in Lake Villa! There's something magical about moving, breathing, and flowing with the sound of the water beside you.

Non-residents: Please park in Metra Lot 3.Register online ahead of time or simply show up! Payment accepted via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
