 BEACH YOGA IS HERE! 

Join me for a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow on the beach at Lehman Park in Lake Villa! There's something magical about moving, breathing, and flowing with the sound of the water beside you.

 All levels welcome

 $80 for a 5-Class Yoga Pack

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is designed to help you move, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in nature.

 Non-residents: Please park in Metra Lot 3.

Register online ahead of time or simply show up! Payment accepted via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Grab your mat, bring some water, and spend your afternoon flowing by the lake. See you on the beach!
