Description
CASA of McHenry County is hosting an in-person Informational Session! What happens to a child after someone makes a hotline call to protect the child? Explore the child welfare world with the CASA of McHenry County staff. Learn about the court process that brings a child into foster care. Then we will discuss some resources within our county designed to support the child. We will focus on the child’s experience in foster care and examine how a CASA can improve the child’s experience and move more quickly towards safe permanency.
