Description
In order to communicate with a person living with dementia, it is important to understand the mechanics and the normal flow of communication, and how those changes when a person has dementia. We will discuss unique needs of a PLWD and strategies for communicating more effectively with them. Learn to look for the meaning in their verbal and non-verbal communication.
