Tai Chi is a martial art that has been described as meditation in motion. It is comprised of gentle flowing movements to reduce stress and improve health. We will review the benefits of Tai Chi before we begin the movements. Practicing Tai Chi promotes internal health, strength, stress reduction, balance, and agility. Instructed by Patricia Toorench.
