Paddeling instruction and all gear will be provided. Be sure to dress warmly, bring extra towels. In a meditative state, your body temp naturally drops. Keep in mind this is an outdoor event, so plan accordingly: bug spray, sun block, extra clothes, waterbottle etc. Class will meet at the Boat Launch, instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
