Learn the ins and outs of the Sheriff?s Office!
Citizens Police Academy is a 10-week course created as an enjoyable, educational, hands-on learning experience in the field of law enforcement. The course consists of a series of classes, discussions, and demonstrations of the various operations and divisions of the Sheriff's Office. Anyone over 18 who wants to learn more about how law enforcement works in our community is encouraged to apply. After completion, participants have the opportunity to join the Sheriff?s Office Volunteer Program, who assist in various events throughout the year.
