Join us for an informative Morning Workshop with NAMI of McHenry County and learn about the many programs and resources available to support adults living with a variety of mental health diagnoses.

In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, this workshop offers an opportunity to better understand the importance of mental health support within our community. NAMI representatives will share valuable information about their services, education programs, and community resources designed to help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges.

Attendees will also learn about the support groups and resources available for families and caregivers who are supporting loved ones facing mental health struggles. The workshop will take place at YMCA Camp Duncan in Ingleside, offering a welcoming setting for conversation and learning. Coffee will be served, so come early, connect with fellow attendees, and start your morning with meaningful discussion and support.
