Getting Grounded to Ascend: A day of play...
Any of the courses can be taken separately, but they can lend themselves to a deeper overall knowledge of a practice that may start in the physical, but taken together can bring us through all the corresponding layers towards what we call enlightenment in Yoga. The journey seems far at times, but we are ultimately just a breath away from our own source.

What to Expect in the RESTORATIVE session:
Active play incorporated with complete rest gives us time to feel the transitional state between the physical and the energetic. We'll primarily be playing with rib cage expansion, which is also passive breath expansion. And we can't help but affect how the heart of us is challenged to open subtly. When trust the physical to teach us of our limitations, we have a blueprint for reverse engineering. The heart is never closed but the mind is weak to that awareness. So when learn to open our hearts energy to the imbalances, just by being with... the change, however subtle, is moving us towards equanimity, just by paying attention. Not as an ego exercise but as gentle bypassing of our habits of thought and emotion.
