Description
Make plans to "Prost!" at everyone's favorite German-American summer celebration! Just across the Illinois border in Wilmot, Wisconsin. Das Fest features multiple stages of German and American bands, ethnic dance groups, stein hoisting, Bingo, a carnival, free kids' activities, shops, plenty of German and American food, beer from Germany, wooden shoe carving demonstrations, a magician, and fun around every corner for all ages! The signature attraction is the Little Leg Races where 300 Dachshunds and Corgis will compete over 3 days.
Das Fest is run by volunteers and profits from the 3-day event are distributed among multiple charitable organizations.
Admission is only $5 for guests 16+ years old, and plenty of free parking is available.
