Red Kettle Kick-Off Multi-Chamber Event

The Salvation Army of McHenry County's annual red kettle is their only major fund-raising event- fund from the red kettles stay in Mchenry County, funding our annual programs, assisting those in need with rent, mortgage, food, utilities, prescriptions, emergency housing, Christmas gifts and meal, Back-to-school supplies, and so much more. We also have Pathway of Hope program to break the cycle of poverty. We help people of all ages and genders. Each client that asks for assistance is fully vetted to ensure that they are truly in need. The gift of time and treasure is so appreciated. We do not receive any financial assistance from the government or our headquarters to fund these programs. They are all funded by the generosity of the kindhearted community we all live in! We cannot do this without you and the citizens of McHenry County!

This event has a couple surprises, too. Not to be missed... It is Free-thanks to generosity of Boulder RIdge Country Club. Great Food and Beautiful Christmas Ambiance. Great Photo Ops, Mascots, Silent Auction, Mayors, maybe even the big guy in the red suit... Ohhh getting excited just thinking about it! Kicking off the Spirit of the Holiday Season with friends, peers, neighbors and some new connections from the community.
