Sports Physicals at Mercyhealth Richmond

We see students from ALL area high schools!

Physicals include a doctor’s exam. They do not include blood tests or immunizations. One physical per appointment available for students up to age 18. Please complete the health history portion of the child’s physical form before the appointment. Child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Wear shorts, T-shirt and your glasses or contacts.

This is a cash pay only - $40,  for students 18 yr old or younger  (not for college). It does not count as the 6^th grade or 9^th grade "school" physical.  No immunizations or blood work at this visit.  It is for healthy kids without health concerns. Form should be completed and signed by a parent prior to arrival , and parent or gradian should accompany pt to the visit.
