Description
SUP Yoga is coming to the Hastings Lake YMCA! I’m so excited to announce a special collaboration with the Hastings Lake YMCA for an indoor SUP Yoga Class on June 14th at 11 AM!
We’ll be taking over the warm indoor pool for a serene, playful, and totally beginner-friendly floating yoga experience. 
No SUP experience needed!You’ll be stationary on the board—no paddling required—so you can simply focus on balance, breath, and letting stress melt away.
Only 10 spots available!Reserve your board and secure your space early—this one will fill fast!
