Description
This course is ideal for those small businesses who need to create or update their business plans, and learn how the Business Model Canvas (BMC) can be used to pivot existing business models in light of changing market dynamics or due to the impact of COVID 19. To survive and thrive, business owners need to be agile and able to quickly pivot to meet changing market dynamics. The days of 67-page business plans that sit in a drawer are long gone. In this workshop participants will be introduced to business planning basics, along with a deep-dive into a practical tool to assist your planning.
