This is part of a monthly Yoga & Oils program. Each month is a different topic and yoga. March is Alignment - Mind, Body & Spirit. Yoga poses to algin the mind, body & essential oils to add the spirit alignment. This is gentle yoga and good for all levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
