Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our fast-paced graphics shop. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth production of graphics and signage, working with cutting-edge wide-format printing and finishing equipment. This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and ready to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators.
• Weed and trim vinyl and printed materials with precision.
• Mount vinyl to various sign substrates, ensuring high-quality results.
• Assist in vehicle graphics preparation, including cleaning surfaces and taping up graphics for installation.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of all printed and finished materials.
• Organize and manage production materials and supplies to maintain efficiency.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience with wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Energetic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment related to the graphics industry is a plus.
