Social Quarters Manager Needed
Responsibilities are to manage day-to-day operation of the lodge Social Quarters
Staff Management:
  • Approve new and termination of bar staff.
  • Attend bartender meetings.
  • Coordinate bartender meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Attending lodge activities as practical
Inventory Control:
  • Order and maintain stock of beverages, ingredients, and supplies in bar and kitchen. Coordinate with the Lodge Administrator to ensure proper funding.
  • Ensure all alcohol & food supplies are properly ordered.
  • Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste and theft.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits.
Policy & Procedures:
  • Enforce Social Quarters Published Rules.
  • Enforce rules set by Moose International and those recommended by the lodge board.
Financial Management:
  • Track Profitability to control costs and maximize revenue.
Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to local licensing laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain records.
Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and its equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
**In the event of no Bar Manager the Social Quarters Manager is responsible for all their duties. **
