The Chain O’Lakes Chamber of Commerce is seeking an enthusiastic, visionary, and community-focused Executive Director to lead our organization and champion the businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities that make the Chain O’Lakes region a great place to live, work, and visit.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-builder and natural leader who enjoys being out in the community, bringing people together, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into action. The Executive Director will serve as the public face of the Chamber while working closely with local businesses, community leaders, members, and partners to strengthen our local economy and elevate the region.

Key areas of leadership include:

• Growing and engaging Chamber membership

• Building strong relationships with businesses, community leaders, and regional partners

• Leading and expanding Chamber events, programs, and initiatives

• Promoting local businesses and the Chain O’Lakes region

• Developing new opportunities for member value, partnerships, and revenue

• Managing day-to-day Chamber operations, communications, and finances

• Representing the Chamber at community and business events

• Advocating for a thriving, connected, and business-friendly community

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, approachable, organized, entrepreneurial, and passionate about community. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can build relationships, inspire participation, identify opportunities, and get things done. Experience in business development, nonprofit leadership, marketing, communications, community relations, or a related field is a plus.
