Rich Rostron is an author with a primary focus on historical novels for teens from the age of 9 to 99.
His first novel of this type, The Burning Sea of Iron Bottom Bay, was released in June of last year. In the book, a veteran shares his experiences in the US Navy during WWII with his great-grandson. Though he doesn’t expect it, the boy discovers there is a lesson in the story that goes beyond the history.
He is currently working on his next novel, tentatively titled, The Ghost of Lexington and Concord. Rather than a great-grandfather, this time a ghost will share his experiences during this Revolutionary War story.
An award-winning journalist, editor and journalism professor, Rostron also operates Rich Publicity, a content marketing company that helps businesses to gain positive visibility.
